These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of freelance paralegal services provided by TeterLegalSolutions. By engaging in services or using this website (www.teterlegalsolutions.com), you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

Teter Legal Solutions provides virtual paralegal support exclusively to licensedattorneysandlawfirms. Services may include:

• Legal document drafting

• Research and case summaries

• Discovery assistance

• E-filing and court support

• Administrative legal tasks

Nolegaladvice is offered to the general public. Teter Legal Solutions is not a law firm and does not practice law.

2. Client Eligibility

Services are limited to licensedattorneys in good standing with their respective bars. Teter Legal Solutions reserves the right to refuse service to any party that does not meet this requirement.

3. Confidentiality

All client information and case materials are handled with strict confidentiality. Non-disclosure is assumed; separate NDAs can be provided upon request. Secure file-sharing methods are used for all casework.

4. Payment & Fees

Services are offered on a flat-feeorhourlybasis, depending on your selected package.

• Flat-feepackages are prepaid monthly

• Hourlywork is billed at $55/hour

• Rush fees and notary add-ons apply as listed on the website

• Payments are due upon invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing

5. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are dependent on your selected package tier (72, 48, or 24 hours). Rush requests outside of your plan may incur additional fees and must be confirmed in writing.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Monthly packages may be canceled with 7days’ noticepriortorenewal. Refunds are not issued for unused hours once work has begun, but unused hours may be rolled over (one month max) on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

Teter Legal Solutions is not liable for any damages arising from the use of services, including but not limited to missed deadlines caused by client delay, misuse of deliverables, or incorrect information provided by the client.

8. Modifications

Teter Legal Solutions reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to the website with an updated effective date.
